A little about me.
I recently pursued an M.S, in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
Prior to graduate school, I lived in New York where I began my career in public relations at luxury lifestyle brand and publisher, Assouline. Throughout my time there, I orchestrated the product launch of best-selling titles including Mother and Child, Maximalism by Sig Bergamin, Franca: Chaos and Creation and Missoni Family Cookbook. My background is in media management, events (product launches, influencer events, book signings), and content creation with a focus in luxury lifestyle, fashion, and culture.
Born and raised in Miami, I am a first-generation Cuban American. My interests have always been deeply rooted in creation and inspired by my lively hometown: graphic design, luxury fashion, modern design, reading, and photography. I boldly pursued art (in many forms!) growing up and was awarded a Scholastic Art & Writing Gold Key for a stop-motion video in 2012.
I received a B.A, in Advertising and Fashion Media from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
